Situated on the northern edge of Ipswich, Henley Gate is one of three neighbourhoods that form the Ipswich Garden Suburb (IGS).

Henley Gate will be a great place to live with many local amenities delivered across the site and wider IGS neighbourhoods. Henley Gate will deliver 1,100 new homes, a new primary school, a 30 hectare Country Park, community uses and a Local Centre at the heart of the development.
